Microsoft call in Street Advertising Services to help publicize the launch of Internet Explorer 9 with 3d Street Art Advertising
Microsoft recently asked us to help launch Internet Explorer 9. MS had joined forces with the makers of the hugely popular 'Cut the rope' app and celebrated the launch with exclusive levels only available on IE9. We were tasked with creating a stunning, fun and highly interactive piece of 3d Street Art that consumers would want to be photographed on. The 8m x 4m art was unveiled in London and over three days hundreds of people interacted with the artwork and had their photos taken. We then uploaded the photos to a Facebook fan page where people could view their pictures and enter online competitions. The results were so successful we were then flown out by Microsoft to San Francisco where we repeated the campaign and also showed the art off at the Techcrunch awards.
